Meet Rikki

Hi, I’m Rikki.

I’ve been behind the chair since 2007, and while I originally fell in love with hair because of the creativity, I’ve stayed because of the people.

I’m a color-focused stylist, a REDKEN Color Certified stylist, and a former REDKEN Artist. I’m also an unapologetic hair science nerd. I genuinely love understanding why hair does what it does—the biology, chemistry, color theory, and everything happening underneath what we can see.

Color is where I really light up, especially lived-in color. I love creating dimensional, effortless color that grows out beautifully and feels like you—not something that has to look freshly done every six weeks to look good.

Because I don’t just want to make your hair look good when you leave the salon. I want to understand your hair, your lifestyle, what you’re trying to achieve, and what will actually work for you long-term.

I believe the best hair experiences are built on trust. You should feel comfortable telling me what you love, what you don’t, what you’re nervous about, and what you’re hoping for. My job is to listen, educate when it’s helpful, and create a plan that makes sense for your hair.

And yes, I will probably talk about the science of your hair at some point. I can’t help myself.

After nearly two decades in this industry, I’ve learned that beautiful hair isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about healthy hair, realistic expectations, great communication, and finding the version of your hair that makes you feel the most like yourself.
